These Terms of Service govern your use of SubScan. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

SubScan is a real-time sales intelligence tool designed to help sales professionals understand and improve their call performance. You may use SubScan only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from call participants before enabling SubScan analysis on a call.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording and monitoring in your jurisdiction.
You may not use SubScan to harass, surveil, or discriminate against any individual.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the SubScan platform.

4. Zoom Integration

SubScan integrates with Zoom via its Real-Time Media Streaming (RTMS) API. Your use of SubScan is also subject to Zoom's Terms of Service. SubScan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

5. Intellectual Property

All SubScan software, branding, and content is owned by SubScan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

SubScan provides behavioural insights based on signal analysis. These insights are probabilistic, not definitive. Do not rely on SubScan scores as the sole basis for any consequential business decision.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubScan at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
